Question:
I have a 2007 GSXR 1000 with stock 310mm rotors. Which adapter kit (part no.?) should I order to mount these Brembo CNC 108mm Calipers? Thanks,Russ
April / 03 / 2009
Answer:
220A06127 as listed in the linked products

Question:
Hi, i want to order this set of calipers for a 2005 Triumph speed Triplebut first i need you to help me with some of my questions:1.Do the specific Brembo calipers(220A01610) make a great difference in overall braking power, initial bite and feel, compared to the stock radial Nissins that the bike comes with?Or does someone have to go for the even more expensive Brembo calipers to find what he's looking for ?(I m interested only for road usage though , not track)2.Does piston caliper diameter (30/34 -32/36) play an important role in overall perfomance?3.I have changed my Nissin stock brake disks, for a set of ABM wavey steel disks. Will the Brembo set of pads that is included in the Brembo caliper kit( 220A01610) work fine with my ABM aftermarket disks?(i am currently using Brembo sintered pads(SA-road) with my stock calipers and my ABM disks and i have no problems. Is this the same pad as the one that is included in the Brembo Calipers kit?4.Will the Brembo caliper kit, that i 'm interested in, work with my ABM disks,(5,5mm thick)5.Which adapter kit do i need,if i need?6.Which Brembo caliper kit would you suggest for my bike.(For road use but with great initial bite -stopping power &feel)?
May / 20 / 2009
Answer:
All the questions: I suggest to change only the pads to your stock calipers, try the Performance friction, or the Brembo Z04, after you have tried these pads you will decide if you really need to change the calipers

Question:
Which Brembo Z04 brake pad(part number ) ,will fit my stock calipers?
May / 21 / 2009
Answer:
Since I don't know which is your bike, the only ansewr I can tell is: The pads specific for your bike

Question:
Why is this a better calliper than the M4.
November / 19 / 2013
Answer:
Because this is a racing caliper made with CNC technology.

Question:
Can I use these callipers with the Brembo T-Drive Brake Disc 320mm
November / 22 / 2013
Answer:
Yes I confirm this part is correct.

Question:
Hi I have 2012zx10rabs will these go straight on with correct brake line fittings(I have ohlins forks with oem calipers)thank you
December / 17 / 2013
Answer:
Brembo recommends not to install this caliper kit if the motorcycle oem brake system is a ABS System. You shall remove the ABS system to use it, threfore you need new lines. Also the installation on a Ohlins with 108mm is straight but may require spacers and bolts.

Question:
I just bought a set of these and the spec sheet is not correct. Stated weight is 770 grams with pads. I just weighed mine and they are over 1000 grams with pads.

Answer:
The pdf comes from Brembo... btw we will add your post to this page.

Question:
These calipers are listed to fit a ZX6R 636 2013-* but the spacer kits linked below do not mention the 636 only the ZX6R. Which kit is needed to run these calipers on the standard 310mm discs? Thanks....
December / 18 / 2016
Answer:
Hi, this calipers are correct, but Brembo hasn't made fitting test with your bike so we can't suggest you a correct spacer kit.

Question:
For only track use would you recommand these calipers or the gp4rx and why?Thnx
January / 16 / 2017
Answer:
GP4RX without any doubt. It is like compare a 1999 Yamaha R1 with a 2017 Yamaha R1. GP4 RX use the Motogp latest know how , these calipers were a good choice 6 or 7 years ago.

Question:
Can I install this calipers with Brembo SuperSport Brake Disc, part number 08973734?Thank you. I remove all ABS system. I have a ZX10R 2015
August / 06 / 2017
Answer:
Yes Brembo SuperSport disks are full compatible with these calipers.

Question:
Hi, bought a set of hpk calipers a couple of years back elsewhere, without checking the part number they look the same as the 30/34 dial p4's, is this correct?
December / 01 / 2017
Answer:
I read 4 times your question, I still don't know how to answer since I do not have in front of my eyes your calipers. In any case the question is why you want the part number, if it is for pads it would be easier to check the pad dimensions or the part number written in the back. If it is for overhauling the calipers should be shipped back to Brembo via your dealer.

Question:
i see brembo "hp" calipers being advertised on quite a few websites, then see the p4 calipers advertised elsewhere, as they look very similar i was really only just wondering if they are the same calipers described differently. Will let you know the answer at a later date. But thanks for replying.
December / 01 / 2017
Answer:
HP is for High Performance, it is just the name for UK and USA catalogue of Brembo Racing parts. In Italy the catalogue is not named HP but Racing. Just a marketing / commercial name/prefix for the same part.

Question:
What compound are the pads supplied with these calipers?
October / 09 / 2018
Answer:
They are Genuine Brembo, a compound close to 07BB1990 pads.

Question:
Greetings, i want to use these calipers on a 2017 Tmax.Do i have to upgrade the stock Brake Master cylinder as well with a Brembo Radial Master Cylinder, or is the stock master cylinder sufficient for these calipers?Furthemore, If the master cylinder does indeed need upgrading, which size would you recommend? Also can i use the Fren Tubo Brake line kit intended for the 2017 Tmax, with these Brembo calipers or do i need custom brake line length and fittings?
April / 01 / 2019
Answer:
To use these calipers you need to modify every part of the braking system: new Master Cylinder (19RCS or 17RCS or 19x18) , new custom made brake lines (removing ABS), custom made spacers. We also recommend new disks.

Question:
Comparing this calipers to the GP4 RS ? What is the best option?
May / 02 / 2019
Answer:
They can not be compared, because GP4 RS is not a racing caliper, while these are Racing calipers CNC billet. In any case the compare should be made between GP4 RS and GP4 RX or GP4 RR . P4 30/34 CNC is now a bit updated.

Question:
Hello, I'm in doubt what to choice and would like to ask you which caliper will cover my needs. I have Honda CB1000R 2013 No ABS. Looking for more controlled, tight and sensitive brakes. Mostly I do street riding, but I like to brake hard. I also go on the track time to time. So do M4 more than enough or you could suggest to built something higher? At the moment all in stock. Thank you in advance!
May / 14 / 2019
Answer:
In order : I recommend to install radial master cylinder and brake lines - use racing brake pads - use disks (with 5.5mm rotors) and finally calipers.

Question:
What part# brake pads are compatible with these calipers.Thank you
October / 25 / 2021
Answer:
They are listed inside the page, just scroll down.

Question:
Hi, Can you supply the piston seals and dust seals for these calipers? Thanks
December / 14 / 2023
Answer:
Brembo does not sell service parts for racing calipers. They are overhauled only by Brembo in their racing dept.
