Where tightening torque and mechanical stress are high you need to use titanium.
Use titanium for footpegs, for engine brackets, for brake disks.
Our titanium is strictly grade 5

How choose the right bolt?

First choose the right Shape:

• T001 = socket head cap bolts, with T004 is the classical titanium bolt, to use on engines, caliper & brackets, footpegs etc.
• T002 = button head bolts, not used so much, use on muffler hangers, footpegs
• T003 = large button head bolts, not used so much, use on muffler hangers, footpegs
• T004 = hex-head flange bolts, with T001 is the classical titanium bolt, to use on engines, caliper & brackets, footpegs. triple tree etc.
• T005 = countersunk head bolts, no practical use.
• T015 = nut
• T016 = cap nut

Then choose the diameter:

• M4 = 4 millimeter diameter
• M5 = 5 millimeter diameter
• M6 = 6 millimeter diameter
• M8 = 8 millimeter diameter
• M10 = 10 millimeter diameter
  bolts have two versions: M10 x 1.25 and M10 x 1.50, the difference is the bolt pitch, it could be different as where as placed (please measure bolt you are going to replace)

Finally choose length (only bolts):

• Length has to be calculated head excluded, therefore only bolt shank.

Titanium bolts are usually produced on demand, therefore availability is indicative, in any case most common bolts are always in stock
